Y Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Pavlou as Director and Partner.
Nicole's appointment as Director marks a new chapter for Y Partners, as we commit to the longevity of our firm. Nicole has a deep understanding of the Y Partners purpose (the 'Why?') and embodies our dedication to building long-term relationships and providing quality, tailored advice.
Nicole's progression from Accounting Manager in 2011, to Associate Director in 2019 and now Director is a reflection of her commitment and drive. She will continue to work closely with both her clients and our accounting team.
She specialises in providing accounting, taxation and business advice, faithfully assisting clients to achieve their goals from both a business and personal perspective. Nicole also has extensive experience relating to the taxation of deceased estates and the building and construction industry.
Nicole is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. Before joining the Y Partners team in 2011, Nicole held senior roles at Deloitte and MHM Adelaide. One of her career highlights was working in Edinburgh, Scotland, on a 6 month secondment at RSM Tenon.
