Reece Pengelley - Manager

Reece joined Y Partners in 2022. He has extensive experience working with small and medium sized businesses from various industries including construction, transport and not-for-profit.

​

His specialisations include providing real time analysis and advice though management reporting, Xero, budgeting, general purpose financial statements, solving complex tax issues and utilising concessions to provide the best tax outcomes for clients. Reece is a strong advocate for cloud-based systems and enjoys helping clients find more efficient ways of running their businesses.

Reece's two greatest loves outside of tax are live music and sport. On weekends, you're likely to find him catching a show at the Gov or at the Parade cheering on the mighty Redlegs.
