Maddie is part of the Leedam Sheppard & Associates team who merged with Y Partners in 2020. She joined the firm in 2016. Maddie now works in the Y HR Advisory team as a HR consultant, where she is committed to providing businesses with practical, people-focused HR support that helps them care for their teams and build positive, compliant workplace environments.
Maddie holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management and is currently undertaking the AHRI Certification Program to further strengthen her professional capabilities and stay aligned with industry best practices.
In her spare time, Maddie enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.
