Ewa Lewis - Associate

 

Ewa (pronounced Eva) is part of the Leedam Sheppard & Associates team, which merged with Y Partners in 2020. She joined the firm in early 2020 and has worked in the financial services industry since 2006.

 

Ewa brings close to 20 years of experience across Client Services Officer (CSO) and Customer Service Manager (CSM) roles, developing strong expertise in advice implementation, client service delivery, and operational support. This extensive background has provided a solid foundation for her transition into the Associate role.

 

As an Associate, Ewa plays a key role in supporting Advisors with the preparation of advice strategies, ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of the financial planning process, and contributing to the development of tailored financial solutions that meet client objectives while aligning with the practice’s strategic goals.

 

Ewa is known for her friendly and approachable nature, along with strong communication, client relationship skills and product knowledge developed throughout her extensive industry experience.

 

Outside of work, Ewa enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with a good book, beach walks with her dachshunds and rollerblading with her husband and daughter.
