Danii joined Y Partners in 2026 as Head of Operations & Strategy. In this role, she works closely with the leadership team to drive and execute strategic initiatives, supporting the delivery of best‑practice operations across the business.

 

With extensive hands-on experience in the professional services industry, Danii brings a thoughtful and outcomes-driven approach to her work. Her practical expertise and strategic insight position her well to help guide the firm toward continued operational excellence.

 

Outside of work, Danii enjoys spending time with family and friends, escaping to Melbourne for a quick getaway, or planning her next Italian adventure.
